In this fourth webinar of our Looking After Your Mental Health During Lockdown series, we looked at some of the issues that lifting lockdown restrictions might have on our wellbeing. We are likely to face challenging times and a ‘new normal’ in the future and the aim of this webinar was therefore to help you acquire the skills and knowledge to adapt to changing, uncertain circumstances by focusing on:
- what matters most to you,
- how you can do what it takes to still work towards those things,
- how to accept what you cannot control.
If you didn't register prior to the event, you can register here and watch the webinar recording. If you already registered for the webinar, you will have been sent a link to view the recording.
