Maintaining your wellbeing during difficult world situations

Situations, such as conflict and natural disasters abroad, while far in terms of distance, can seem very close to us in terms of the impact they have on our wellbeing. It is not unusual to feel upset, confused, helpless and unsafe. How safe we feel depends very much on our world feeling stable. When stability is threatened, our whole perception of the world around us can shift.
