We all experience worries about our health from time to time. To a certain extent, it is completely reasonable to have these worries but if they start to impact on your everyday life and prevent you from going about your daily activities, then you might be experiencing what can be described as a ‘health anxiety’.

This webinar will:

  • help you understand how health anxieties can develop
  • how a health anxiety is kept going
  • share some useful skills to help you manage and tackle health anxiety.
