Each week will follow a particular theme designed to help participants develop an in-depth personal experience of mindfulness and to build the foundations of a sustained personal practice.
We have two eight-week mindfulness courses running as follows:
Glasgow: Mindfulness-Based Living (devised and regulated by the Mindfulness Association), facilitated by Emma Field
Perth: A certificated foundation course in Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction, facilitated by Stephanie Gooding
